ONLINE - BEAMeeting MNE 2020

With the cancellation of the MNE 2020 conference originally scheduled for September 14-18 due to the Covid-19 situation, our traditional BEAMeeting at MNE is moving to an on-line format, similar to the On-Line BEAMeeting Munich in March.

This web based BEAMeeting will be open to participants world-wide, centered around Europe time zone. We will have presentations from our Munich, Asia-Pacific and USA teams, plus we welcome user presentations related to E-Beam, Laser, and Nanolithography. This is also an alternative venue for our user to present research that was scheduled for presentation at MNE conference. Please contact us if you want to be presenter.
