Koç University, Heidelberg Instruments, and GenISys invite the interested laser lithography community to join the free Technical Workshop on
Maskless Laser Lithography and Direct-Write Technologies for the Advanced Micro- and Nanofabrication.

Place: Koç University, Istanbul, Turkey
Designed for cleanroom managers, academic researchers, and industry professionals, this workshop provides insights into the latest advances, practical requirements, and fabrication strategies for 2D, 2.5D, and 3D micro‑ and nanostructures.
Day 1 includes a hands-on training session with limited seats, offering practical experience on selected systems and software tools.
GenISys Vice President Nezih Ünal, Regional Sales Manager and Technical Service Manager Muhammed Bekin and Regional Manager Dmitri Titko will be on-site. They will deliver presentations and engage in open discussions with attendees throughout the event.
