The Advanced Lithography UnSymposium

Stanford University, together with the NNCI, Raith, Heidelberg, GenISys and others, is hosting “The Advanced Lithography UnSymposium”. This event will be held virtually on

January 21 and 22, 2021, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM PST.

Our technical presenters want to know what YOU want to hear about, so the UnSymposium is your chance to tell them - AND you can share an insight or experience you've had in a Lightning Talk.
